Looking to Import a Car from Japan? Our experience will ensure the whole process goes smoothly with no nasty surprises. Not only will you be able to pick out your own dream car you will generally save thousands of dollars over buying something locally.

Our Full service package gives you access to unlimited vehicle inspections, discounted shipping and compliance ( with our volume we get better rates than a 1 off importer and we are happy to pass those savings on to you).

We can ship cars directly to Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne or Sydney to save on unnecessary domestic delivery charges. We have access to all Auctions, Dealers and private sales across Japan. If we can’t find the car you're looking for no one can.

Any vehicle over 25 years old is also eligible to import.

• Pay our Buyer Fee of $1480 (vehicles valued at over $50k AUD our fee is $1990).
• Our experienced buyer will discuss with you your requirements. We can also advise what we think will be a reasonable budget to have a realistic chance of securing the ideal car.
• We will scour the market everyday looking for a vehicle that we think may suit your requirements. If we see something we like we will send you the details, you can then decide if you would like to arrange a thorough inspection on that unit.
• Our experienced inspector in Japan will assess the condition of the car and take photos of any damage or issues prior to bidding. If all looks good we will submit a bid on your behalf up to an agreed amount. We are happy to give our opinion on the car and help you price it. We want all our customers to secure the best possible car at a reasonable price. If that means having to let some go we are only too happy to continue the search.
• Once we have secured your dream car the next step is to pay for it. You will generally have up to a week to pay for the car once purchased. We will organise the Vehicle Import approval & export documents on your behalf to ensure a hassle free entry into Australia.
• When the car arrives in Australia the shipping, customs duty and GST will be payable. We will promptly send it off to our compliance workshop to have it compiled ready for registration. (If a car is over 25 years old it doesn’t require compliance, usually just an engineering report which we can also arrange).
• The exciting part! You finally get to see your new car. We can also assist with having it serviced & a Roadworthy certificate done prior to delivery. You are welcome to pick it up from the workshop or we can have it delivered to your door (delivery fee will apply). The final bill will be for compliance and any other optional work done.

Compliance

If you have already found a car you wish to purchase we can arrange the Vehicle Import Approval and Australian compliance once it arrives at very competitive rates. Compliance can be done in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. (DO NOT SHIP YOUR CAR WITHOUT A VEHICLE IMPORT APPROVAL OR IT WON’T BE RELEASED FROM THE PORT IN AUSTRALIA).
